Product update July 2015
We’ve done a number of releases in recent weeks. New features include:
Automatic population of precedents with trust details. Within a trust, you can access one of our 84 precedents and at the click of a button populate it with the required names of the trust, settlors, trustees and beneficiaries, add the date and signature fields.
Greater ability to manage subscriptions yourself - this includes the ability to upgrade, downgrade and manage credits for changes.
More options for importing documents - These can now be dragged in or imported directly from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.
Archive plan - We have also introduced an archive plan that provides 10 years of secure storage for $75 +GST (to be paid in one advance payment). You will be able to see the trust profile listed among the trusts you manage, but not the documents or accounts within it. If you ever need to, you can upgrade the archived trust to one of our active plans (from $25+ GST per annum), allowing all authorised users to easily search for and access all information.
Contacts - We have a new section for Contacts. This enables easier management of a person or entity linked to one or more trusts or companies. This can now contain copies of ID as required for property transactions, opening bank accounts or other cases where CDD or KYC information is required. This and other information, such as address details, only needs to be added or changed once to apply to all the entities they’re involved with.
Xero integration - This enables the latest version of your Xero balance sheet to be viewed through Trustworks, with more features to follow.
Trustworks Knowledgebase - We’ve been busy creating bite-sized help modules for every occasion. Find these at http://support.trustworks.co.nz If that’s not enough, there’s always a real person in New Zealand available to answer your queries by email or phone.
Actionstep and Workflow Max/ Xero Practice Manager integrations, task management, Fuji Xero Solution Builder integration to enable you to scan documents directly into Trustworks and more.
The development of Companyworks is well under way with many of the workflows and 200 precedents written. The risks, interests, assets and IP registers have been built, and new document categories and shareholding management systems are well underway. We’re also developing an integration to enable the import of client firm’s details from the Companies Office. We’re on track for an initial release in August.
